Velamour is forming its founding editorial team.

We are a new fashion, arts and culture magazine based in Western Australia — built to document identity, power and cultural currency through considered visual storytelling and intelligent journalism.

This is not influencer media.

This is not trend content.

This is a cultural platform information.

We are seeking key personnel to help shape the first year of the magazine and establish its editorial voice, integrity, and visual language.

All roles are issue-based voluntary positions, with clear scope, public credit, portfolio value, and first option for paid commissions as the magazine scales.

If you care deeply about culture, craft, and credibility — we’d like to hear from you.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledges the traditional custodians throughout Western Australia and their continuing connection to the land, waters and community. We pay our respects to all members of the Aboriginal communities and their cultures; and to Elders both past and present.
